The Central Library of Birangana Sati Sadhani Rajyik Vishwavidyalaya (BSSRV), Golaghat is the focal point to deliver the different services to its users. As the Library is a new one, it provides various information regarding freely available open access e-resources. It is now situated at the temporary campus of the University i.e., Golaghat Engineering College Campus, Bogorijeng, Golaghat. The vision and mission of Central Library is to support the institution and its users by providing seamless access to widest range of information resources such as print and non-print materials so as to develop academic and research integrity.

Birangana Sati Sadhani Rajyik Vishwavidyalaya, being the first University in Assam to be established under the guidelines of NEP 2020 and therefore the Central Library is committed to cater the needs of all especially keeping in mind the aims of creating a conducive ecosystem within the University to catalyse and energize research and innovations.
